BUYER AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING:

 

a)    This kitten is purchased for a PET ONLY and WILL NOT be used for stud or breeding of any kind, or shown without written permission of the Breeder.

 

This kitten must be spay/neutered before 7 (seven) months old in order to qualify for HEALTH GUARANTEE and Registration papers. 

Please provide to the breeder a copy of your kitten’s castration bill within 2(two) weeks from the date of castration. All info identifying your kitten (breed, date of birth, color, your name) must be indicated on the bill.

b)    Buyer agrees NOT TO DE-CLAW this kitten, unless approval is granted in writing by Breeder. Buyer understands that de-clawing is a mutilation and cruelty that is likely to alter Siberian cat’s temperament and health. Verbal instructions on kitten nail clipping will be given to Buyer at the time of purchase.

c)    Breeder must be contacted if at any time Buyer is unable to keep this kitten.

   Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased or given away to any pet    

   shop or any research labs.

d)    Buyer accepts the responsibility for the care and the welfare of this kitten for the lifetime of the animal. This kitten will not be allowed outdoors unsupervised to insure it's health and safety.  This kitten will receive regular vet visits and will be given quality medical care as needed. 

e)    BREEDER DOES NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST ALLERGIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS KITTEN/CAT.

 

 

HEALTH GUARANTEE

      This kitten is guaranteed to be free of ringworm and FELV, FIP NEGATIVE.

This kitten is guaranteed to be sound of health upon arrival for the period of four(4) days from the day of purchase. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to take the kitten for a vet-check at their expense within that time. It is recommended that the new kitten is kept in quarantine during this time and the Buyer accepts all responsibility for any spread of an illness to other animals.

If it is found to be medically deficient with an “untreatable” or “life-threatening” problem during this time, it must be reported to the  Breeder immediately. Upon its immediate return, it will be replaced with another kitten of equal value within six(6) months, as available. A health report issued by licensed veterinarian, indicating that this kitten indeed is ill with “life threatening”, or “untreatable” disease should be provided to the Breeder at the time of return. This kitten cannot be returned after  the guarantee period had expired and or/if it has been exposed to another kitten/cat which has not been currently tested for FELV, FIP, or ringworm. It is responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care if this kitten is  showing signs of illness or distress and failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void.

 

We guarantee our cats against congenital defects up to their 2nd birthday. If this kitten dies and said defect evidenced in an autopsy report, provided by licensed veterinarian, we will replace this kitten with another of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of the Breeder. Once a replacement kitten has been offered to the Buyer, and the Buyer declines to accept that kitten, then this contract is considered fulfilled and the Buyer surrenders all rights to claim for another kitten. Breeder will not replace any kitten/cat that has not received adequate and appropriate care from its new owner. NO CASH REFUNDS.

We do not recommend vaccinating this kitten with the FIP or FELV vaccines. IF FIP OR FELV VACCINES IS GIVEN TO THE KITTEN AT ANY TIME, THE ENTIRE HEALTH GUARANTEE BECOMES NULL AND VOID.

 

We need to know if you have cat allergy sufferers in your family. We advise these individuals to visit our cattery for allergy testing with our adult Siberians prior to buying our kittens. All returned kitten/cats due to allergies must have their Health Certificate issued by your veterinarian, indicating FELV, FIP blood test results done not more than two days prior to the return. ONLY HEALTHY KITTENS/CATS WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE RETURNED. Buyer is liable for all expenses associated with the return. NO CASH REFUND, NO KITTEN REPLACEMENT!

 

Buyer agrees to pay all court and attorney costs if this contract is litigated, and if any suit shall be filed.

This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies to the Buyer and Breeder in this transaction and is non–transferable to other parties.
